Weight Loss and Personal Training to Reach Your Goals

Most of our clients are interested in weight loss. By installing all the healthy habits for food, eating, mindset, and exercise, step by step, our clients achieve weight loss and health gain permanently. That is because, our clients not only have lost weight, but also become the people who are equipped with the right strategies with regard to food, nutrition, rest, and exercise. They do so without sacrificing what life has to offer, but in a way that fully taps into the joy of life by participating and savor the diverse fun and riches that life has to offer.

Unless specified and pre-arranged, all personal training will be provided online. Our systematic program for nutrition, exercises, habits, and mindset helps our clients lose up to 30 lbs of fat, build muscles, and achieve better health in 90 days, throughout the Holidays, without giving up their enjoyment of food or spending countless hours at the gym.

Each highly customized program will include the following:

· Custom exercises program with video demonstration performed and taught by me.

· Weekly progress check-in

· Nutrition guidance and coaching

· Habit building

· Live Q&A several times a week

· In-App texting

· Email support

· Health and Wellness content and knowledge in App and email

· Community and events

If you spend hours in front of the computer or at your phone each day, feeling not your best self because you are not moving around enough and perhaps have some weight to lose, this program is for you; the goal is to shed those fat, gain the muscle, get rid of the pain and be a stronger version of you. Accountability Coaching Ensures Results

Accountability is the Key. Pre-post will provide expert guidance and accountability coaching through our 1 on 1 coaching program. You will always have someone in your corner for your health and well-being.

Our training application delivers workouts to your computer, phone, or tablet. Clients will receive direction, assistance, and accountability through the APP. You will receive a workout of the day, complete with directions, videos, and/or photos, to make sure you're performing the exercises correctly. Your trainer will be able to see when you complete the workout and will be available to answer questions. This also means your trainer will be able to see if you did not do your workout! and they will be in contact to make sure you're getting the most out of your program. Complete each program to move on to the next, as our bodies become more aligned we need exercises to match. Once you are pain-free, we offer workout regimens guidance and accountability for any goal you have, whether you are an athlete, want help losing weight, or are activity-specific!
